MH dan Team.<\/p>\n<p>Adapum team Bidkum polda sumsel melaksanakan giat penyuluhan hukum ke polres jajaran polda sumsel terkait Aspek Hukum Jaminan Fidusia terkait dengan Debt Colector yg saat ini sedabg marak terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>Giat penyuluhan hukum di polres lahat diikuti oleh polres lahat dan polres pagar alam, yang pesertanya para kasat, kapolsek, para kanit res polres dan polsek jajaran, serta kasiwas dan kasi propam polres.<\/p>\n<p>Jaminan fidusia merupakan hak jaminan atas benda bergerak baik yg berwujud sehubungan dgn hutang piutang<br \/>\nantara Depitur dan Kreditur.<\/p>\n<p>Kedudukan polri sebagai pengamanan Fidusia, polri menerbitkan peraturan kapolri no 8 tahun 2011, yg berlaku sejak 22 juni 2011 dengan tujuan agar pelaksanaan Eksekusi jaminan Fidusial terselenggara secara aman, tertib, lancar, dan dapat di pertanggungjawabkan.<\/p>\n<p>Terkait dgn pengamanan harus diajukan secara tertulis oleh penerima jaminan fidusia atau kuasa hukumnya kepada kapolda atau kapolres tempat Eksekusi dilaksanakan.<\/p>\n<p>Kasubsi penmas humas polres lahat Aiptu Lispono SH.
