Kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik adalah kunci keberhasilan kami,\u201d ujar Andi, Senin (28\/10\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Andi menambahkan, selain inovasi teknologi, penyampaian informasi yang efektif kepada publik menjadi prioritas. Menurutnya, komunikasi publik yang tepat akan membantu masyarakat memahami kebijakan dan program yang dicanangkan.<\/p>\n<p>Di era digital, Andi menekankan bahwa ekspektasi publik untuk informasi yang cepat dan transparan menjadi tantangan yang harus dijawab.<\/p>\n<p>Sebagai bagian dari strategi komunikasi yang lebih baik, Ditjen Dukcapil memaksimalkan penggunaan media sosial untuk menyampaikan informasi kepada masyarakat luas.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan media sosial, Ditjen Dukcapil dapat menyampaikan informasi terbaru mengenai kebijakan, program, dan capaian pemerintah dengan cara yang mudah diakses dan dipahami.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMedia sosial memiliki peran strategis dalam memperkuat komunikasi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Melalui platform ini, kami menyampaikan informasi akurat dan terkini,\u201d kata Andi.<\/p>\n<p>Lokakarya tersebut juga menjadi ajang pelatihan bagi peserta untuk mempelajari cara merancang pesan yang efektif dan teknik penggunaan media sosial secara profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kesempatan yang berbeda, Wakil Menteri Dalam Negeri, Bima Arya Sugiarto, menyampaikan dukungannya terhadap inisiatif transformasi digital Ditjen Dukcapil.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi merupakan langkah penting untuk menghadirkan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPelayanan publik tidak hanya soal kecepatan, tapi juga ketepatan data dan keamanan.
