Melalui peningkatan kualitas layanan, BRI KC Cilegon menetapkan standar baru pelayanan perbankan di wilayah Cilegon.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Layanan Customer Service BRI KC Cilegon mengedepankan tiga prinsip utama, yakni lebih cepat dalam proses, lebih solutif dalam memberikan jawaban dan penyelesaian kebutuhan nasabah, serta lebih ramah dalam setiap interaksi. Dengan standar tersebut, nasabah tidak perlu lagi menghadapi layanan yang bertele-tele dan dapat merasakan pengalaman bertransaksi yang nyaman serta menyenangkan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Penerapan standar layanan ini dilaksanakan pada 8 Desember 2025 dan mendapat dukungan penuh dari Pemimpin Cabang BRI KC Cilegon, Akhmad Awaludin.
