Kita menunggu petunjuk jaksa. Kalau berkas dinyatakan lengkap atau P21, maka tersangka dan barang bukti akan diserahkan ke jaksa,\u201d kata AKBP Raphael BJ Lingga, Senin, 11 Mei 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kasus itu bermula dari laporan kuasa hukum Direktur PT Amen Mulia, Binsar Septian, ke Polda Sumsel pada 2024. Bahrul dilaporkan atas dugaan penipuan, penggelapan, pemalsuan surat, dan memasukkan keterangan palsu ke dalam surat sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 378, 372, 263, dan 266 KUHP.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Direktur PT Amen Mulia, Muhamsjah Lindy, sebelumnya memberikan kuasa kepada Bahrul untuk menangani sengketa eksekusi lahan perusahaan di kawasan Jakabaring, Palembang.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dalam proses itu, pihak perusahaan disebut menyerahkan uang Rp550 juta kepada Bahrul.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Namun pelapor menilai Bahrul justru menyerahkan aset secara sukarela sehingga lahan dikuasai pihak lawan sengketa.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Penyidik kemudian melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap saksi-saksi dan alat bukti sebelum menetapkan Bahrul sebagai tersangka.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Bahrul membantah tuduhan tersebut. Ia menyebut laporan itu muncul karena dirinya menagih kekurangan pembayaran jasa hukum kepada pihak klien.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cLaporan terhadap saya didasarkan itikad buruk,\u201d kata Bahrul saat ditemui wartawan di kawasan Demang Lebar Daun Palembang, Sabtu, 16 Mei 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Menurut Bahrul, dirinya memiliki hak imunitas sebagai advokat dan menilai penyidik keliru dalam proses penyidikan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ia juga mempertimbangkan mengajukan peninjauan kembali atas putusan praperadilan yang menolak permohonannya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Terkait uang Rp550 juta, Bahrul mengakui menerima dana tersebut.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Namun, menurut dia, pembayaran itu belum memenuhi keseluruhan nilai kesepakatan jasa hukum dan operasional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ia juga membantah tuduhan menyerahkan objek sengketa tanpa dasar hukum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Menurut Bahrul, langkah tersebut merupakan hasil rapat bersama pihak pengadilan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sementara itu, Kabid Humas Polda Sumsel, Kombes Pol Nandang Mu&#8217;min Wijaya, menegaskan proses penyidikan dilakukan sesuai prosedur hukum dan telah didukung alat bukti serta keterangan saksi. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>(<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">FL<\/span>)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Palembang, Kompassindonesianews \u2014 Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum Polda Sumatera Selatan melimpahkan berkas perkara tahap&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":52223,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"kia_subtitle":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[19,21],"tags":[],"newstopic":[],"class_list":["post-52222","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-berita","category-daerah"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.1 -
