Klien ingin konversi, jangkauan, dan regulasi. Agensi ingin pendapatan portofolio, dan pertumbuhan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jensen menyebut dalam pengembangannya, Ketika dua Tujuan ini tidak sepenuhnya sejajar, munculah sebagai agency problem masalah keagenan yang lahir dari Asimetri informasi dan perbedaan kepentingan, &#8220;ujarnya&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Meckling Menyatakan dalam pengembangannya, Dalam konteks media Digital, Asimetri informasi ini tampil dalam wujud yang nyata. Agensi yang tidak beretika bisa memilih jalan lintas dengan amplifikasi konten sensaional demi klik dan keterlibatan pengguna.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ketiga adalah, tekanan kerja dan persaingan ketat menciptakan lingkungan di mana nilai etis sering terkorban kan. Tenaga kerja dalam agensi digital mengalami apa yang disebut ko modifikasi, bukan sebagai sebagai insan kreatif yang membutuhkan ruang berkembang dan standar etis yang jelas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Migrasi ke multipaltform memperumit relasi keagenan. dulu, seorang klien cukup menyerahkan kampanye ke satu kanal. Kini, strategi komunikasi harus tersebar di instagram, youtube, tiktok, podcast, dan media siber sekaligus. Setiap platform memiliki logika algoritma sendiri. Audiens sendiri,dan risiko privasi yang berbeda. Agensi yang kompeten harus menguasai semua itu atau setidaknya jujur mengakui batas kemampuan nya.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Adaptasi strategi komunikasi bukan pilihan, melainkan keharusan dan disinilah teori agensi memberikan pelajaran penting; monitoring mechanism dan incentive aligment. harus dibangun ulang untuk setiap platform baru.
