Sleman – Kompassindonesianews.com, Bupati Sleman Kustini Sri Purnomo menghadiri kegiatan pembinaan Forum Rois Kapanewon wilayah Sleman Barat yang berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Sembada, Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Sleman, pada Sabtu (9\/9).<\/p>\n

Kegiatan pembinaan rois ini diikuti oleh perwakilan pengurus Forum Rois tingkat Kapanewon yang berada di wilayah Sleman Barat.<\/p>\n

Bupati Sleman, Kustini Sri Purnomo mengatakan pembinaan bagi rois ini merupakan salah satu upaya kita untuk senantiasa menjaga tali silaturahmi agar para rois di Kabupaten Sleman lebih termotivasi dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewajibannya.<\/p>\n

“Yang tidak kalah pentingnya adalah pembinaan ini merupakan sarana yang strategis untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan wawasan para rois,” katanya.<\/p>\n

Kustini menilai keberadaan rois tidak hanya berkewajiban menanamkan ajaran-ajaran agama kepada masyarakat di sekelilingnya, namun juga peran rois dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Ia menyebut para rois memiliki konsekuensi untuk memiliki wawasan dan pengetahuan yang luas terutama mengenai agama Islam.<\/p>\n

Selain itu, Kustini juga berharap para rois dapat merangkul masyarakat untuk menanamkan sikap kebersamaan dan juga toleransi antar umat beragama untuk mewujudkan kondisi yang harmonis di lingkungan masyarakat. Hal tersebut selaras dengan upaya Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman untuk mewujudkan Sleman sebagai rumah bersama yang cerdas, sejahtera, berdaya saing, menghargai perbedaan dan memiliki jiwa gotong rotong.
